Dodger blue more like Dodgers blew! Ahh Man my Dodgers couldn’t pull it out. All you had to do was get One..More…Out! But nnnnooo instead you let them get a line drive two run double to win the game. Now those darn Phillies can close it out on Wednesday at home.
Man I really thought we’d have a shot to see a Los Angeles Dodger-Yankee world series but that thought is fading as the playoffs continue. The loss leaves an extra bitter taste because the guy that sunk us has been a virtual nobody the whole series.
Jimmy Rolllins had gone 3-18 before his two run double in the bottom of the 9th. I mean really who is this guy! I mean he was a National League Golden Glove shortstop in 2008 but in this series he was not existent. One things for sure when it was time to deliver he came through and the Dodger blue has gotta feel just blue letting this game get away.
I hate to even write this but I have to find some silver lining in these baseball playoffs. At least the Angels won. They are a hometown team and although I don’t really know what that town they claim (because they are the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim) they are from California and I gotta have love for my city!
Well I’ll leave on this note, if the Red Sox can come back from an 0-3 deficit the Dodgers can certainly rebound from this loss and bring the series back home.
GO DODGER BLUE!
