How will I do in my recent NFL Playoff Predictions? Okay so I didn’t fair so well in my Wild Card weekend predictions as I went 1-3, but I think I will have better luck this week. So here are the NFL playoff predictions I have for this week:

SAT 4:30pm EST CARDINALS vs SAINTS

This is going to be a very exciting, high offense game in my book.  I think the Cardinals are still riding on he wave from last week when they beat the Packers 51-45 in OT. By the way that was one of the best playoff games I have ever seen!

The Saints on the other hand still managed to salvage a first week bye after dropping their last three games of the season. The Saints are a huge offensive force to mess with and I see them giving the Cardinals all they can handle.
MY PICK: I am going with the New Orleans Saints. I do no see the Saints starting off their season as strong as they did only to loose their last four games. The Cardinals are likely playing without Anquain Boldin which is a huge loss for them. So Saints over Cardinals 31-28

SAT 8:15pm  EST RAVENS vs COLTS

I have to give the Ravens a lot of credit because they tore apart the Patriots last week in their wild card game, blowing them out 33-14. So the Ravens take their act on the road again this week but face the Colts. In case you weren’t aware, the Colts have this QB named Peyton Manning, and Peyton Manning is very very good!

Now my pick for this game is a bit of a tossup because I know if Ravens QB Joe Flacco can only muster up 34 yards passing like he did last week the Colts will win. But on the other hand, the Ravens play defense and defense wins games. I am going out on a limb here and this may alter my overall NFL playoff predictions but I think the Ravens can pull it out if the score is close.
MY PICK: Yes folks my upset special is going to be the Ravens over the Colts. Peyton Manning is one of the ten best QB ever to play the game but I think the Colts are going to need more than that to beat the Ravens. I predict the Ravens will advance to their second straight AFC Championship game beating the Colts 17-14.
